The workshop draws on movement and drama based activities to create a space in which we can explore ourselves, our roles, and our relationships to others. When we fully allow ourselves and others to simply 'be', we can experience powerful shifts in our personal awareness and interpersonal connections.

This workshop is especially designed for gyms and health institutions that want to offer their community a workshop that embrances human connection between the participants. In this workshop we practice plaful and fun exercises and games, that enhance our physical health. All exercises have a primary focus on group interaction and connection.1
Most exercises are taken from the world of theatre and in this shared group energy we experience the healing effects on our body, mind and soul.

Most parents want the very best for their children, yet they often create the very opposite environment without realizing. Whatever your relationship is with yourself will influence how you relate and behave to your child. Therefore the primary focus we take in this workshop is on you and not your child, we bring more clarity into your feelings about yourself, your state of consciousness and your expectations of how and who you want your child to be. Within the group we will practice exercises that will enhance your awareness and understanding of the importance of allowing your child to grow in a space of freedom and unconditional love.
Learn to be a parent who doesn't control or interfere in his childs growth, but supports it in every way possible. Just like a flower, you allow it to blossom in all it's beauty and form.

Human beings are conditioned from an early age to be someone or somebody and by doing this we move away from our true self. We become lost in labels, identifications, roles, lies, etc. and forget our true nature.
In this session Jason will explore situations and people in your life, in which you are able to express your true self without pressure to be somebody you are not in essence. Whenever you feel restricted in your freedom, your expression becomes de-pressed and this is the great cause for feeling separate, alone, unwanted and depressed. |

This exercise is greatly appreciated and has brought much insight into peoples daily living.
Jason will be guiding you around the room, doing daily things, only that you will have your eyes closed.
We are so adapted to being able to see with our eyes, but once we remove sight we can discover the present moment fully and we become deeply aligned with our surroundings, as we are put into a situation in which we must TRUST our guide.
In this exercise you will experience your egos reaction of FEAR, as it is losing control and power, but as you go through the session, you will notice how you naturally begin to surrender to the present situation and what you experience after is beautiful and has touched many peoples lives.
